The screening tool demonstrated strong performance with a sensitivity of 95%, meaning it correctly identified 95% of children with ASD, and a specificity of 82%, indicating it accurately recognized 82% of children without ASD. These results suggest the CCTA is effective at distinguishing children with a high likelihood of ASD from those with a low likelihood in community settings.
